たまたま戸塚さんの本を書店で手にとって読んだ際にベリタス（VERITAS）を知り、本の内容が良かったので、自分でベリタス（VERITAS）のホームページをネットで調べて問い合わせをした。
Happened to read a book written by Totsuka-san and I was inspired by the book. Then, contacted ベリタス（VERITAS）to know more about the program.
某大手の英会話のグループレッスンを受講したり、発音矯正の個人レッスンを受けるなどしてきました。
Tried various methods in the past. For example taking a group lesson at English conversation class or private lesson at English Pronunciation Program school.
少人数制なところ、そして英語のあらゆる面（discussion, reading, writing, listening など）をバランスよく伸ばそうとしているカリキュラムと、加えて言語としての英語だけではなくビジネスでの実力アップを目的としている点。
Class is only for small group or private, and program consists of various aspects of learning English (discussion, reading, writing or listening). Also the purpose of the program is not only for English as a language but also improve the ability to work as a business person.
少人数制（グループレッスンでありながら生徒は私を含めて3人）で、お互い刺激をしあって学習できた点と、coachの指導、助言がきめ細かく、課題が多くて挫折しそうになっても最後までやり通せたこと。また、coachにも多様性があり、勉強になる。
Since the class was a small group, we could inspire each other and complete the 3 months course without giving up till the final class. Dedicated instruction and support by coaches motivated me a lot.
「自ら発言をすること」に対しての抵抗感がかなり減ったこと。そして logical thinking の練習をみっちりできたこと。
The resistance to speak up in front of others has decreased and could practice how to think logically.
あきらかに自分に自信を持つための重要な要素になった。（英語力、発言、考え方）
I could gain confidence toward myself to have my own opinion and to express myself to others.
独学で英語を学習するのには精神力やカリキュラム構成にどうしても限界があると思ったところにベリタス（VERITAS）に出会い、仲間と切磋琢磨しながら3ヶ月みっちり学べたのは自分にとっては価値がありました。3ヶ月は長くもあり、短くもありますが 集中して勉強するにはよい期間でした。ただ、課題はかなりボリュームがあるので、覚悟を持って取り組まないとついていくのが大変です。
It was quite difficult to study by myself. At ベリタス（VERITAS）, coaches and team mates made me support to complete the 3 months program with motivation. Once the class starts, you need to secure 14 hours for your homework per week and it is quite tough, however the dedicated effort can give you a lot.
